Our values:

We are an equal opportunities employer and all music therapists are welcome to apply.

We are queer affirming and gender affirming and are against ableism and racism in all its forms. In our practices, we continually make adaptations to open up increasingly inclusive spaces. Music has many cultural forms, and an expansion of cultural awareness and experience in our team will support us to provide a service that is more responsive and inclusive to all our clients. In the recent national census, Syracuse’s population was reported to be more than 50% non-white, and currently there are no music therapists of color in the Syracuse area. For this reason, we strongly encourage black, latinx, asian and indigenous music therapists to apply.
